Toy Story The Physical Science Week organized from 30 March to 5 April 2012 brought learning to a new height for pupils at Greendale Primary School. Themed “Toy Story”, the programme aimed to develop and promote the love for Science through hands-on activities. Pupils designed their favourite toys and in the process learnt and understood the science concepts behind some design principles. In a competition, pupils had the chance to witness the application of Newton’s Third Law of Motion when their toy cars propelled ahead as air gushed out from the balloons. The contest drew keen interest and intense participation from Primary 5 and 6 pupils.
